to handle the manufacture and shipment
of their product. A good Drop Shipper
(Supplier) can rid you of the need to
find a manufacturer and deal with shipping
details. This frees your time to focus
on sales and can end up making you a lot

We handle the manufacture and shipping
and sell to you at our Drop Shipping partner
price and you sell to the customer at
retail price.
Who is the Program Designed For?
The program is designed for wholesale
buyers who run their own websites and
would like to make sales through their
own site and then forward us the orders
for shipping. People who hold purse parties,
sell on E-bay, or sell directly from their
store or home, can also benefit from the
program. We act as your supplier and ship
the product to your customers. You make
the sale and make your profit that way.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped via standard ground
service, which is the cheapest way and
will be shown in our shopping cart. Shipping
choice is flexible and we provide alternative
shipping services such as UPS, ExpressPost,
Purolator (USA) and Piority Courier (Canada)
upon your request.
Please contact us if you need to change
your shipment service, since the shipping
rates vary according to the size of the
order. Larger orders will have better
shipping rates as compared to smaller
orders.
Shipping charges are not included in the
dropship/wholesale quotations.
Chi Activate.com ship to Canada and the
48 Contiguous States. Additional shipping
charges apply for U.S. Virgin Islands,
Hawaii, and Alaska. Please contact us
for the total shipping cost to U.S. Virgin
Islands, Hawaii and Alaska. Currently,
international orders are not accepted.
Payment options
You will be charged wholesale pricing
for products plus exact shipping charges
during checkout of our shopping cart.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
American Express, Paypal( www.paypal.com
). Your payment information is never stored
on our website.
All our credit card processing is done
through a dependable and reliable company
called Pay Pal. After pressing on the
"SUBMIT ORDER" button during the checkout
process from our shopping cart, you will
be taken to a screen where our payment
gateway PayPal.com handles the payment.
All your credit card information is secure
and confidential. It's easy and fast.
You are not required
to have a Pay Pal account
Ordering
All orders will be fulfilled under your
account, which has been assigned to you
at the time of your registration. Every
attempt will be made to ship orders that
are received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time
on normal business days on the same or
next day that the order is received contingent
upon availability of resources to fill
your order. There will be no refunds for
freight charges or handling fees due to
delayed shipping.
Backorders/Substitutions
Backorders will be shipped automatically
upon receipt of goods.
Cancellations
Requests for cancellation of
orders must be phoned or emailed to Chi
Activate head office. Without a confirmation
from Chi Activate that the order has been
cancelled, you are still responsible for
payment of the invoice, including any
handling fees and shipping charges. Orders
can only be cancelled if they are on backorder.
Returns
You are responsible for the refund and
return of the customers, since your customer
ordered from your store.
Non-defective can be returned to ChiActivate.com
and will be assessed a 15% restocking
fee within 30 days of purchase. Freight
charges will not be refunded. Non-defective
product will only be accepted in resalable
condition, with all original packaging.
Defective product can be returned to Chi
Activate, within 30 days of sale. Upon
receipt of the return, we will credit
your account for merchandise costs, and
you are responsible for handling the transaction
with your customer.
Returns will not be accepted after 30
days after sale, regardless of reason.
All returns require a Return Goods Authorization
Number issued by Chi Activate representative.
Product returned without this authorization
will be refused.
Refusals
You are responsible for all freight
charges and return service charges on
any refused order. We will credit your
account for all merchandise less a 15%
restocking fee. Freight charges fees will
not be refunded on refused orders.
Damages
Damages are the responsibility
of the carrier once the shipment has been
released from ChiActivate.com. You are
responsible for making damage claims with
the carrier as soon as the damage is detected.
All packaging must be saved for inspection
by the carrier. All claims must be made
within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Accounting
Upon processing your dropship
order, you will receive the invoice by
email. You will be responsible for collecting
payment from the consumer, as we will
not directly bill any of your customers.
