" It is rare to see companies that still have good customer service. From the first day I contacted chi activate, every single customer service representative I spoke too were very, very much helpful.
I called initially with questions about dollars exchange rate, and the representative worked me through till I understood. When I forgot to use my coupon, I was also helped. The most amazing service I got was when I informed the company that I my order could be late and not arrive while my parents where around. Another product was shipped to me using Xpresspost. This was awesome!
