Wholesale Discount
Discounts are calculated on all the merchandise
automatically by the shopping cart program.
Discounts only apply on the merchandise
only, not on the shipping and handling

Reward Program
All accounts are eligible for quarterly
discounts, which accumulate based on purchases.
Each quarter discount is calculated and
an email sent with your discount and how
to use them for future purchases. This
discount expires after 30 days from date
of issue.

ChiActivate.com does not offer
regional or item exclusivity to any wholesale
accounts.
MINIMUM ORDERS
Minimum order values are required
and are non-negotiable for all wholesale
orders. To avoid any
unsatisfaction of the product, we advice
you to purchase one product at retail
price. In this way you can test the product.

ChiActivate.com does not provide
free samples.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Cancelled orders will be subject
to a 10% restocking fee. Cancelled orders
include any order that has been picked
and packed, including orders that have
not been shipped out yet, or orders that
have been refused by the receiver upon
delivery.
PROCESSING/SHIPPING
All wholesale orders require
2-3 business days to pack and process,
so please take this into account when
ordering. Rush orders may be noted, but
are not guaranteed. Shipping is done by
a standard courier service as it is most
economical and usually takes on average
7 business days for delivery.
PAYMENT DETAILS
To simplify the purchasing process
and speed up the shipping process, only
credit card payment will be accepted for
wholesale orders. Pay with Visa, Master
Card, American Express, Discover and Pay
Pal. All credit card processing is done
through the Pay Pal online shopping cart.
You are not required to have a Pay Pal
account.
Please make sure that you
provide the correct credit card number
and expiry date and that your credit can
handle your purchase. Canadian accounts
will be charged in Canadian dollars, and
US and International accounts will be
charged in US dollars.
RETURNS
If you notice an item with a
manufacture defect, please contact us
immediately and we will send you a Return
Authorization Number and return form to
include with your shipment back to us.
ChiActivate.com will not accept any returns
without an RA#.
Orders from the US should
be marked "Canadian Goods Returning"
to avoid additional customs charges. Customs
fees resulting from returning packages
from the US that are not properly marked
"Canadian Goods Returning" will
be passed through to the Dealer.
Upon receipt, we will inspect
the item and either repair, replace, or
credit the item. Please ensure that you
handle all issues pertaining to manufacture
defects for your customers as it is much
simpler (and better customer service)
for us to deal directly with you as opposed
to each customer individually.
As stated in our guarantee
we will gladly accept return of any merchandise
that you feel is of inferior quality or
that was damaged in transit. If you wish
to return merchandise that you ordered
in error, or for any reason other than
quality or damage, a 20% restocking charge
will apply. This 20% restocking charge
will also apply if you should choose to
refuse a shipment upon delivery for any
reason other than obvious damage. In addition,
you will be responsible for freight and
packing fees, of the refused shipment.
ChiActivate.com will allow
the return of any un-open product (s)
within 15 days of receipt. Products can
only be returned with an RMA number. Shipping
and handling is not refundable.
Damages/Claims:
Damages are the responsibility
of the carrier once the shipment is released
from ChiActivate.com. After shipment is
released to carrier, any damages must
be reported to ChiActivate.com within
7 days from receipt of shipment. All claims
must be filed directly with the freight
carrier.
If you receive a damaged shipment please
contact us immediately, keep the packaging
and contents in tact for inspection freight
carrier.
Damage claims will not be
paid unless damage is indicated on freight
bill. To ensure damage/claim credit, all
damaged product, original packaging and
outer shipping box must be returned to
ChiActivate.com. For assistance, please
contact our Customer Service
Disclose Wholesale
Account
Wholesale accounts are not allowed to
disclose or distribute directly or indirectly
to any person(s), business or entity (ies)
information ChiActivate.com shares with
account that is marked as confidential
or proprietary regardless of format (verbal
or written) or how such information is
obtained. To do so will result in termination
of this agreement and we will pursue all
legal remedies available for damages or
other harm caused directly from or in
relationship to such disclosure or distribution.
