How To Use This ChiSoft Cervical Traction
- Put the ChiSoft Unit around your neck and faste it with the Velcro strap.
- Use the air pump to manually inflate the ChiSoft Cervical Traction.
- OPTIONAL: you can prevent air from going into the top layer by pinching the blister on the tube after two layers are inflated.
- To deflate the Cervical Traction device, simply turn the silver knob at the bottom of the pump.
