How To Use This ChiSoft Cervical Traction

  • Wrap the ChiSoft Unit around your neck and secure it with the Velcro strap.
  • Squeeze the pump several times to inflate all three layers to begin the Cervical Traction.
    As an option, you can prevent air from going into the top layer by pinching the blister on the tube after two layers are inflated. To deflate the Cervical Traction device, simply turn the silver knob at the bottom of the pump.
