How To Use This TDP Mineral Lamp

The TDP mineral lamp head should be positioned 12-16 inches from the body area to be stimulated and the timer set for 20 to 40 minutes.

How To Use Assemble?

  • Before the lamp head stem can fit into the hole on the stand, you must unscrew the two small screws on the bottom of the hole. After the lamp head stem is secured in the hole, you must tighten the two small screws.
  • Plug the power cord into a wall socket.
  • Switch 'ON' to turn the lamp on.
  • After 3 to 5 minutes with the switch in the 'ON' position, the lamp will be warmed up so you are now ready to set the desired heating time. Turn switch clockwise to set a heating time. You will hear the clock ticking. ( To turn off, turn the switch counterclockwise to the 'OFF' position).
  • The timer will turn off automatically when the time expires. At any time, you can turn off the timer by turning the switch counterclockwise to the 'OFF' position.
  • After your heating session is finished, turn the switch 'OFF' and unplug the power cord from the wall socket.
